PRODUCT
Quartz sand tailored for industrial and advanced material applications.
Product Overview
Our quartz sand is characterized by high SiO₂ content, high natural whiteness, low iron content, and controlled impurities, making it suitable for applications where material consistency and quality stability are critical.

Typical Chemical Characteristics
- SiO₂: High-grade, suitable for industrial and high-purity applications
- Fe₂O₃ (Iron): Low iron content
- Al₂O₃ / CaO / MgO: Low and controlled
- Overall impurities: Controlled through processing and quality management
Independent laboratory tests indicate consistent quality across multiple samples.

- Glass manufacturing
- Photovoltaic materials
- Industrial processing
Quartz-based and specialty material applications
CCIC (China Certification & Inspection Group), Jakarta laboratory
Tests conducted by the CCIC indicate that one sample had a minimum SiO₂ content of 89.32%, while the other two had 98.79% and 99.34%, demonstrating significant variability and upgrade potential at different beneficiation levels.

China National Building Materials Testing Center
Testing results from CNBM Testing indicate that the selected three samples achieve SiO₂ content exceeding 99% after beneficiation, reflecting the deposit's high-grade nature and suitability for further upgrading.

Huate Magnet
Tests conducted by Walter on samples collected from multiple regions showed that the silica content in the quartz sand deposits was consistently above 99%, and the −26 to +140 mesh fraction accounted for the main yield range, indicating the widespread distribution of quartz sand deposits.
